We’re currently looking for a 3rd Key Holder to join our team at our Cambridge store.

Additional Compensation

  • Commission based on sales performance

Daily Responsibilities

  • Meet established sales targets
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
  • Provide and support in-house training
  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
  • Contribute to product merchandising
  • Be a key team player working closely with management
  • Take an active role in overall store operations

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team management
  • Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills
  • Communicates effectively
  • Shows initiative, autonomy, and a consistently positive attitude
  • Uses sound judgment and is solution-oriented
  • Possesses solid organizational and planning skills
  • High school diploma is considered an asset

To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

  • Supervise, motivate, and support the in-store team
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience
  • Encourage team members to achieve their goals
  • Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour) and DPT (Dollars Per Transaction)
  • Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Build long-term relationships with both employees and customers
  • Support onboarding of new staff
  • Provide consistent follow-up with customers
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed
  • Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising
  • Apply company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory according to established processes
  • Perform any other related tasks
