About the Role
As one of our Contact Centre Agents, you'll be the first point of contact for people reaching out to our organisation, providing a professional and efficient service to every person that contacts us to report crime anonymously.
Responsibilities
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Build rapport quickly and deal with sensitive or challenging conversations
- Work closely with colleagues across the team
- Accurately record information for submission to our partners

Shift Pattern
You'll work a 4 on, 4 off rolling shift pattern, with the following repeat shift times: 07:00-19:00, 10:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00 and 21:00-07:00. These shift times are set and you must be able to commit to all of them.
