LOCUM APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE IN OBSTETRICS & GYNAECOLOGY

Post Summary
- Available from August, 12 months fixed term locum additional to service.
- Under the direct supervision of the Consultant staff, the Specialist Trainee is responsible for the in-patient and out-patient management of patients in both Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- This post will have a greater time commitment to supporting obstetrics triage and labour ward.
- The holder of this post will be required to undertake exposure prone invasive procedures (EPPs).
- It should be noted that the offer of appointment is subject to confirmation that the successful candidate is Hepatitis B immune. This is checked by the Occupational Health Service prior to commencement.
- The post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and will not be recognised for training.
