Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our workforce in the newly established Supplementary Staffing Team. The Supplementary Staffing Facilitator will play a crucial role in setting up and embedding efficient processes which will be followed by all departments across the organisation.

This post is fixed term for 9 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop efficient processes
  • Use Microsoft Excel and analytical skills to extract and scrutinise data from the systems used to identify trends and potential problems
  • Develop plans to reduce the impact of identified problems

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to scrutinise data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home or in the office
  • In-person presence required; this post cannot be worked on a fully remote basis

Training

  • A robust training programme will be provided on day one to support understanding of NHS Scotland working practices and the processes followed by the Supplementary Staffing Team.
