Integration and Transformation Manager on a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract
Midlothian HSCP are looking for a driven and transformational lead for Integration. The postholder will support Midlothian IJB and the Chief Officer/Joint Director to continue to develop integrated health and social care by leading on the strategic business of the IJB and delivery of its Strategic plan. The postholder will work as part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), deputising for the Director as relevant. The post holder must have a strong track record in writing organisational strategy alongside an excellent understanding of the legislation/statutory requirements of Integration Joint Boards and working knowledge of their application. The post holder should be a confident individual who is solution focused, with the ability to lead in a compassionate and collaborative way. The post is 36 hours per week, with a mix of remote and office-based working.
