About the Role
As part of an ambitious redesign of our leadership structure, we are creating a portfolio-based Deputy General Manager role. This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional leader to shape the future of mental health services across the Health and Social Care Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic responsibility for inpatient and community mental health services
- Line management responsibility for Mental Health Professional Leads
- Driving improvement, innovation and sustainable service delivery

Reporting Structure
- Reporting to: General Manager for Mental Health Services
- Induction: Comprehensive induction programme
- Support: Regular supervision and a tailored development plan
