Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care for older adults?
We are looking for motivated and experienced nurses to join our innovative Acute Frailty Team.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing and managing the care of frail older people across acute hospital services, working autonomously within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop frailty services, improve patient outcomes and contribute to service innovation.

We have 2 Fixed term posts available, ending on 31/03/27. Secondment opportunities will be considered and must be discussed and approved by your current line manager prior to application.
