Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Specialist in Acute Frailty Team
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care for older adults? We are looking for motivated and experienced nurses to join our innovative Acute Frailty Team.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing the care of frail older people across acute hospital services, working autonomously within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop frailty services, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to service innovation.

Job Details
We have 2 Fixed term posts available, ending on 31/03/27. Secondment opportunities will be considered and must be discussed and approved by your current line manager prior to application.
