NHS Lothian Vaccination Programme Manager
NHS Lothian is seeking an experienced and motivated Vaccination Programme Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of vaccination programmes across Lothian. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in protecting population health and delivering national immunisation priorities across one of Scotland's largest health boards.
Working within the Department of Public Health, you will provide leadership and programme management for vaccination and immunisation services. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across the Health Board, Health and Social Care Partnerships, local authorities, third sector organisations and national partners to deliver high-quality, equitable vaccination services. You will ensure ongoing service improvement and innovation within vaccinations and immunisations.
You will lead programmes of change, develop innovative approaches to improve vaccine uptake, address health inequalities and ensure services are responsive to the needs of diverse communities. The role requires strong partnership working, excellent communication skills and the ability to balance national priorities with local service needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
