Are you an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic clinician to join our Acute Therapies Team, as a Specialist Physiotherapist who can input across both our Trauma and Elective Orthopaedic pathways. This post is for immediate start and until 31st March 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist who is keen to broaden their clinical expertise, develop leadership skills and play a key role in supporting early mobilisation, patient flow and recovery within the busy acute Orthopaedic service.
About The Role
You will work across trauma and elective orthopaedic units, providing assessment, treatment and discharge planning for patients with a range of orthopaedic conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is a HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Has significant experience within acute orthopaedics and trauma services.
- Demonstrates excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Has experience working effectively within MDTs.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
- Has strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Can support service improvement and contribute to the development of others.
