An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative Community Stoma Service as a Nurse Specialist.
Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will help shape a growing service that is improving outcomes for people living with a stoma across Lothian.

Responsibilities:
- Working across primary care settings throughout Lothian, and in close partnership with hospital-based colleagues.
- Provide expert clinical support, undertake holistic patient reviews.
- Utilise prescribing and clinical data to help deliver person-centred care.
- Play a key role in supporting patients following stoma surgery.
- Enhance quality of life and ensure individuals receive the most appropriate products and support to meet their needs.

- Contribute to service development, education, quality improvement, and innovation within a growing speciality.
- Committed to supporting your development through comprehensive induction, clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional education.
