Job Opportunity: Experienced Dietitian
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced dietitian to join our acute surgical dietetic team. This post will be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh with a NHS Lothian wide remit to work across all the acute sites.
The post holder will provide a dietetic service to patients on the Upper GI (UGI) cancer pathway, including assessment from diagnosis, pre and post-surgery and those undergoing oncological treatments as well as the management of non-cancer UGI patients in the acute setting.
The post holder will be expected to participate in student training (B & C placements) and provide support to other clinical specialties as required.

Requirements
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
