About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapy academic and practitioner to lead the development of a new MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-Registration) programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and developing a new professional Masters programme that will prepare graduates for registration as Physiotherapists and meet all regulatory and professional body requirements.
Working closely with the Head of Department, academic colleagues, professional services staff, placement partners and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead the curriculum development process through to internal validation and external accreditation approval.

This is a fixed term project role with up to 400 hours available.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of the MSc Physiotherapy curriculum
- Prepare validation and accreditation documentation
- Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory requirements
- Work with placement providers, healthcare partners, and University colleagues
- Support programme approval and readiness for launch
About You
You will be a registered Physiotherapist with:
- Experience of higher education programme and curriculum development
- Knowledge of validation, quality assurance, and accreditation processes
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent academic and professional writing abilities
