About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity to join a booming company at an early stage of a new project, driven by a strong desire to succeed and learn. We are a fast-learning, talented team wishing to engage with unique and challenging projects where collaboration is key and pushing the boundaries is everything!
This is a broad role. In a team this size, you won’t be siloed into one discipline. You’ll work across asset animation, some character work, VFX, and marketing material, reporting to our Lead Animator.
If you’re keen to spend your time shipping work across the whole pipeline and learning from the people sitting next to you, this is the job for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Animating core game assets (this will be the bulk of your day-to-day)
- Taking on larger pieces such as character animation as you grow into the role
- Producing concept animation tests that feed into the overall art direction
- Working with the wider art team on VFX animation
- Rigging and preparing assets for import into the game
- Taking direction from our Lead Animator on game animation for the bulk of your work, and working with them to keep animations efficient and consistent
- Supporting marketing assets, animatics, and promotional material for the marketing team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
