Summary of key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to achieve strong progress and outcomes.
- Assess learning effectively and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academy improvement, and the wider life of the school.
- Lead by example in teaching and learning, supporting and developing colleagues where appropriate.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing, and safeguarding for all pupils.
