2nd Jobber Legal PA (Hub to Allocation)
International law firm is seeking a proactive and confident Legal PA to support at least two Partners and Associates within the Tax & Incentives team, managing diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings and international travel, preparing documents, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and managing the billing process.

2nd Jobber Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage complex diary schedules, organise meetings, calls, lunches and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
- Prepare, amend and produce accurate house-style documents, audio dictation and document comparisons
- Manage billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses and disbursements and liaising with the billing team
- Maintain accurate filing systems, including e-filing, archiving and opening / closing matter files
- Build strong working relationships with fee earners, clients and client PAs

2nd Jobber Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience gained within a City law firm
- Superb organisational and secretarial skills, including fast accurate typing
- Billing experience, preferably 3E
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of using BigHand or other similar workflow management tool
