💰 £36,000–£38,000 DOE

I’m working with a growing technology business looking to hire an experienced 2nd Line Field Engineer to join their Managed Print Services team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with customers and taking ownership of installations, troubleshooting and technical projects across a range of client environments.

- Installing and configuring printer & MFD fleets
- Supporting Windows Print Servers, print queues and drivers
- Troubleshooting hardware, scanning and network connectivity issues
- Supporting customer migrations and technical projects
- Carrying out site surveys and installation planning
- Providing remote and on-site technical support
- Fault finding, preventative maintenance and firmware upgrades
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a 2nd Line Support, IT Field Engineer or similar role
- Strong Windows desktop & Windows Server knowledge
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with network printers, print queues and drivers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Confident, customer-facing communication style
- Full UK driving licence
