2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Yateley, Camberley
£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Company Benefits + Training
Are you an IT Support Engineer or similar who wants to join a leading IT Managed Services Provider offering solutions throughout the UK?
Do you want to join a tight-knit company, leading in IT Managed Services in the UK who have been operating in the industry for over 30 years. They are known for their excellent service including IT support, hybrid cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, Power Apps and AI.
On offer is the chance to work with expert colleagues on 2nd line IT support. You will be working via phone, email, and a ticket management system handling escalations from 1st line helpdesk support. This role will involve working with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
The ideal candidate is an IT Support Engineer or similar who wants to join a leading IT Managed Services Provider looking to progress their career with a company leading in the industry.

The Role
- Responding to IT support requests raised through 1st line helpdesk support
- Address and troubleshoot issues
- Provide remote support to customers and resolve issues
- Monday - Friday
The Person
- IT support experience and a background working 2nd line support
- Background in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
- Commutable to Yateley
