Are you a 2nd Line IT Engineer looking to join an MSP that genuinely invests in your career?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Managed Service Provider in Shrewsbury that believes technical skills can be developed, but the right attitude and team fit are invaluable. You'll be joining a young, ambitious and highly skilled team that enjoys working hard, supporting one another and having plenty of banter along the way.

The Role

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you'll provide technical support to a varied client base across Microsoft and infrastructure technologies while gaining exposure to project work as your experience develops.

You'll be supporting environments including:

  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure & Modern Workplace technologies
  • SharePoint migrations
  • Microsoft tenant migrations
  • Networking fundamentals
  • WatchGuard Firewalls
  • UniFi switches and wireless networking

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and wants to continue developing their career.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous 2nd Line Support experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
  • Strong networking fundamentals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Previous MSP experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. The business places a huge emphasis on finding someone who will fit into the team and wants to build a long-term career.
