£34,000 - £38,000 DOE

Full Time - hybrid working (4 office / 1 home)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

About the Company

Jireh Solutions is an established and growing IT Managed Service Provider that has just celebrated 20 years in business. We deliver IT support, cyber security and Microsoft 365 solutions to a wide range of SMEs and charities.

We're looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Tetbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with MSP experience who enjoys solving technical challenges, working closely with customers and developing their skills in Microsoft cloud technologies and cyber security.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Resolving Level 1 and Level 2 technical support issues.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune environments.
  • Managing Windows 11 devices.
  • Assisting with Microsoft Intune deployments and device management.
  • Supporting cyber security solutions and best practices.
  • Participating in customer projects and technology rollouts.
  • Providing occasional onsite support at customer locations.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous MSP or IT support experience.
  • Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
  • Good networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Able to work from our Tetbury office at least four days per week, with one day per week available for home working.
  • Employment is subject to successful BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) screening.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Desirable

  • Microsoft Intune.
  • Microsoft Defender.

  • Experience with PSA and RMM platforms.
