2nd Line IT Support Technician | Bristol | Permanent | Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
We're recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join a busy Technology team committed to delivering a high-quality user experience. You'll provide 2nd line and desktop support across a c.1,400-user environment, working with modern hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, strong ticket ownership, and wants exposure to more technical and infrastructure work over time.

Essential requirements:
- Experience in a similar 2nd line / desktop support role
- Confident supporting users at all levels with strong customer service and stakeholder management
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Group Policy
- Core networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, IP networking & telephony basics
- Self-motivated, methodical, and organised
- Logical problem-solver with a "see it through" approach

Please note that this role is based in Bristol 5 days per week and there will be travel to Cardiff & Plymouth twice a month - all expenses are paid.
