WeDoData are working with an established education provider who are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line IT Technician to join their collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where you'll be involved in both day-to-day support and exciting projects.
What you'll be doing
- Providing 2nd line support and acting as the escalation point for 1st line.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Managing devices through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Administering Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Supporting Windows Server infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms.
- Deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and AV equipment.
- Assisting with IT projects including cloud migrations, security improvements and system upgrades.

What we're looking for
You'll have experience in a 2nd Line Support role and be comfortable working across a Microsoft environment. This is not a desk bound role, so you’ll need some energy and excellent customer service skills!
Ideally you'll have experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Windows 10 & 11
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Group Policy
- Device deployment and lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and cloud technologies
