WeDoData are working with an established education provider who are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line IT Technician to join their collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where you'll be involved in both day-to-day support and exciting projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing 2nd line support and acting as the escalation point for 1st line.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Managing devices through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Administering Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Supporting Windows Server infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms.
  • Deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and AV equipment.
  • Assisting with IT projects including cloud migrations, security improvements and system upgrades.

What we're looking for

You'll have experience in a 2nd Line Support role and be comfortable working across a Microsoft environment. This is not a desk bound role, so you’ll need some energy and excellent customer service skills!

Ideally you'll have experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Windows 10 & 11
  • Active Directory & Entra ID
  • Group Policy
  • Device deployment and lifecycle management
  • Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and cloud technologies
