2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer in Birmingham, you'll provide technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the professional services industry. Your role will involve solving IT issues, supporting users, and maintaining system efficiency.

Description

  • Provide 2nd line technical support, resolving user issues efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement technology improvements.
  • Assist with hardware and software installations and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Document technical processes and solutions for team reference.

Profile

A successful 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer should have:
