Level 2 Line Support Consultant
£370 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract | 5 Days Onsite
RedRock Consulting is working with a growing and fast-paced organisation seeking an experienced Level 2 Line Support Consultant to join their IT team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on engineer who can quickly become productive, take ownership of technical issues, and work with minimal supervision within a busy end-user computing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex escalated incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and end-user technology issues.
- Support identity and access management, including Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO and MFA.
- Work across endpoint management platforms including Intune and Jamf.
- Contribute to project work, hardware refreshes, software deployments and technical upgrades.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required
- Strong 2nd / 3rd Line Support experience
- Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Intune and/or Jamf
- Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- SSO and MFA troubleshooting
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
