The Company
Is a UK IT consultancy that designs, implements, and supports IT infrastructure and software solutions for customers across the UK.
The Role
This role will be working as part of the internal IT Support team doing 2nd line support on internal user support issues during a VMWare to Hyper-V migration. This will include all applications used internally as well as supporting external customer services.

This is not an Azure DevOps role and it is not a cloud-only position. It is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on platform operations, backup, recovery, virtualisation and resilience.
Ideally You Should Have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting highly available production infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across enterprise infrastructure
- Experience supporting: Windows applications, SAN, firewalls, etc
- Strong communication/relationship building skills
