Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Lichfield
Working Pattern: 5 Days Onsite During Probation then hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

The Role
You'll be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, ensuring clients receive prompt resolutions that keep their businesses secure, productive, and running smoothly.
- Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional Level 2nd level support
- Gaining hands-on experience across modern Microsoft technologies and infrastructure
- Working Pattern:
- Based in the West Midlands office five days a week during your probation period
- Transition to a hybrid working pattern following successful completion of probation

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support / Help Desk position
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and progress
Technical Experience
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 & 2013
- Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016
- Microsoft 365
- Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2 / 2012
- Backup solutions and storage technologies
- Networking fundamentals including:
- TCP/IP
- DHCP
- DNS
- IP Addressing
- VPN
- Switching & Routing
- Wired & Wireless Networking
- Application Support
