Location: Teesside – fully on-site
Salary: Up to £38,000

We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join a growing technical team, providing hands-on support across servers, networking, Microsoft 365 and wider infrastructure.
This is a Service Desk-focused role, where you’ll take ownership of technical issues, troubleshoot effectively and provide a reliable point of contact for users and clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress towards more senior technical roles over time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven 2nd Line experience across servers, networking and Microsoft 365
  • Strong Windows Server administration skills
  • Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, routing and VPNs
  • Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Clear communication skills and a professional approach to client support
  • Experience working with structured ticketing and support processes
