Hi everyone,
We are currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team based in NW4, North West London.
We are looking for someone with solid hands-on IT support experience who is comfortable supporting users both remotely and onsite at client locations. You should have good experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows
- Active Directory/Entra ID
- Networking
- Hardware troubleshooting
- General desktop support

Experience working within an MSP environment would be a big advantage.
This is a full-time, office-based position and you will also be required to travel to client sites when needed.
Ideally, you should live no more than around an hour's commute from NW4.
