2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer around Croydon (CR0 1LF)
Covering South East London, Kent and Surrey, paying up to £45,000 to £50,000 | 60% office-based
You'll look after three offices across South East London, Kent and Surrey, supporting around 100 users. You'll be part of a 10 IT Department spread across the UK and part of a team of 5 Service Desk and frontline support teams, but you will be the main person for the three offices in the South of London.
They are a professional services firm of 1,000 people and are growing through acquisition. They need an engineer who wants more than a ticket queue.

Day to day
2nd and 3rd line support, with the emphasis firmly on infrastructure. As the firm acquires new businesses, you'll take a lead role in office tech refits, tenant migrations and integrating new sites.
You'll be the engineer people rely on to fix it properly, not just escalate it.
What you'll bring
- Solid 2nd and 3rd line Wintel support experience
- Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Microsoft Defender and the wider Microsoft 365 security stack
- Exposure to migrations, office moves or infrastructure projects
- A full UK driving licence or easy travel between the Croydon, Kent and Surrey offices
