Two Power Platform Consultants

UK-based, fully remote role. Competitive salary (car allowance and quarterly bonuses). Pension, Private Medical, Maternity Cover, Paternity Leave, Perkbox, Mental Health Support. About the Role

We're working with a well-established technology consultancy that is continuing to invest in its Digital Transformation and Business Applications practice. As part of this growth, they're looking to appoint two experienced Power Platform Consultants to help deliver innovative solutions for a broad portfolio of clients across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Microsoft's low-code ecosystem, helping organisations transform business processes through the design, implementation and optimisation of Power Platform solutions. You'll engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design, delivery, adoption and ongoing governance.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with exceptional consulting skills, confidently translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. You'll play a key role in advising clients on best practice, solution architecture, platform governance, and enterprise-wide adoption strategies.

We're particularly interested in individuals who have experience operating within large-scale, enterprise Power Platform environments, supporting multiple development teams and ensuring solutions align with organisational standards, security requirements and long-term business objectives.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working directly with customers, leading workshops, gathering requirements, supporting presales activities and providing trusted advisory services alongside hands-on delivery.

Key Experience

  • Strong consulting experience delivering Power Platform solutions within a client-facing environment.
  • Expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate and the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience designing solution architectures that are scalable, secure and aligned to business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, security models and enterprise platform management.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple developers and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Exposure to presales activities including solution shaping, technical input and client presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
