2x Senior Power Platform Consultants
UK-based, fully remote role.
£70,000-£75,000 + car allowance and quarterly bonuses.
Role Overview
Areti have partnered with another growing Microsoft consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation programmes for enterprise customers across both the public and private sectors.
As demand for Power Platform expertise continues to increase, they're looking to hire two Senior Power Platform Consultants to support the delivery of large-scale solutions and provide trusted advisory services to key clients.
This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade Power Platform implementations, helping organisations modernise business processes through the design, development and governance of scalable solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution delivery, optimisation and ongoing platform governance.
You will bring a blend of strong consulting and technical capabilities, with the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders. You'll be responsible for shaping solutions, delivering workshops, gathering requirements and ensuring Power Platform implementations align with security, governance and wider organisational objectives.
We're particularly interested in consultants who have experience working within large and complex enterprise environments, supporting multiple business units, managing competing stakeholder requirements and helping organisations establish effective governance across their Power Platform estate.

Your Background
- Strong consulting experience delivering Power Platform solutions within a client-facing environment.
- Proven expertise developing Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Good understanding of Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, platform administration, security models and best practices.
- Experience operating within enterprise-scale and complex environments with multiple applications, stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), solution deployment and environment management.
- Ability to advise customers on platform adoption, governance and long-term platform sustainability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience working across the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing models is desirable, including awareness of capacity, per-user and per-app licensing approaches.
