About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and partner closely with senior leaders across EMEA.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level. You’ll play a key role in translating business priorities into people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organisational culture, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

With teams across the UK, Portugal, and Brazil, you’ll bring a strong understanding of working across different cultures and markets, while helping the organisation navigate transformation and change.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Senior Leadership

    • Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across EMEA, providing insight and challenge on people, organisational structure, performance, and workforce matters.
    • Translate business strategy and evolving priorities into practical People & Culture solutions.
    • Support leaders in making informed, people-focused decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Drive People Strategy & Transformation

    • Develop and deliver People & Culture initiatives that directly support business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
    • Lead and contribute to organisational transformation and change initiatives across the region.
    • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and ways of working, ensuring they remain agile and fit for purpose.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
