As a Lead Delivery & Install Driver, you’ll spend most of your time doing what you do best; delivering and installing products for our customers. But from time to time, you’ll step up to support the team helping to keep our outbase operations running smoothly and acting as a go-to person for your colleagues. It’s a great opportunity to build your experience, develop new skills, and play a bigger role in the team; without stepping away from the driving job you enjoy.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering and installing a range of products for our customers.
  • Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.
  • Making every customer encounter memorable.
  • Completing a multi-drop route and handling heavy items safely.
  • Stepping up to support the operation in the absence of a manager.
  • Helping coordinate routes and support on-road colleagues.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the team when needed.
  • Supporting with loading, stock control and general site readiness.
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times

You will need:

  • A full UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Experience driving in a delivery role (3.5T)
  • A passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Confidence supporting and guiding others when needed.
  • The ability to handle heavy stock safely
