LV Logistics have an exciting opportunity for a 3.5t Flatbed Van Driver to join the team based in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time, permanent position within a growing global logistics organisation known for reliability, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

The Role

The 3.5t Flatbed Van Driver will carry out UK-wide collections and deliveries, complete all required paperwork, and perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance. You’ll represent the company professionally, work independently and within the wider team, and provide holiday cover for the Class 2 rigid fleet when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full Driver CPC (required)
  • Class 2 Licence (required for holiday cover across our 26t rigid fleet)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ambitious, organised and driven
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • ADR licence desirable – training can be provided
  • Tail-lift experience desirable – training can be provided

Monday to Friday workload, with occasional optional weekend work

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collections and deliveries across the UK using a 3.5t flatbed vehicle
  • Provide holiday cover for Class 2 rigid fleet when required
  • Follow specific job instructions and complete all relevant paperwork
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with Health & Safety, Vehicle and Tachograph legislation
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
