About the Company
Driver Hire Uxbridge is recruiting experienced Multi-Drop Van Drivers for a leading wholesale catering supplier of high-quality ambient, chilled, fresh, and frozen produce.
TEMP TO PERM POSITION OR ON-GOING AGENCY
Monday to Saturday 4:00am starts daily in Uxbridge UB8
Full induction provided, with your first week spent alongside an experienced permanent driver
Duties
- Delivering ambient, chilled, fresh, and frozen catering products across Central London and surrounding areas, including driving refrigerated vehicles where required.
- Handling deliveries where alcohol and pork may be present.
- Loading vehicles accurately and checking products against delivery sheets.
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately.
- Following planned routes and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and well maintained, reporting any damage or issues promptly.
- Providing professional, friendly customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers and the office team.

Requirements
- UK Category B manual licence, held 2+ years
- Max 3 points; no DR, DD, TT, IN or MS90
- Aged 21+ for insurance
- 6+ months commercial/multi-drop van experience
- Able to travel to the depot and start shift at 4am
- Physically fit for lifting and loading
- Professional with excellent customer service skills
