The Opportunity
Are you an experienced 360 Contract Recruiter/Manager within the Life Sciences sector?
Do you already lead a contract recruitment team and feel ready for a larger platform, more strategic influence, and the opportunity to accelerate growth? Or are you a high-performing Senior Consultant who has built a successful contract desk and is looking for your first formal leadership role?
We're looking for a Contract Recruitment Lead to drive the next stage of growth for our Life Sciences contract recruitment business.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an established contract offering with the support, investment and infrastructure of a globally recognised Life Sciences recruitment brand. You'll be responsible for growing your own high-value client portfolio while helping to shape the strategy, performance and future direction of the wider contract team.

As a true 360 recruitment leader, you'll be responsible for winning new business, developing strategic client partnerships, delivering exceptional contract recruitment solutions and helping to build a market-leading contract function across the global Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and development of our contract recruitment offering within the Life Sciences market
- Build, develop and manage a profitable 360 contract recruitment desk
- Identify, engage and win new clients through strategic business development activity
- Develop long-term partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and CRO organisations
- Drive contract revenue growth through client acquisition, account expansion and contractor generation
- Mentor, coach and support recruiters within the contract recruitment team
- Help define team strategy, performance objectives and growth plans
- Partner with senior leadership on business planning and market expansion initiatives
- Source, attract and manage highly specialised contract professionals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain expert knowledge of market trends and competitor activity within the Life Sciences contract landscape
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Have a proven track record as a successful 360 recruiter within the Life Sciences sector
- Possess significant experience recruiting contract professionals within a specialist market
- Have a strong background in business development, client acquisition and account growth
- Be passionate about developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrate the leadership capability to develop people, drive performance and build successful teams
- Have either:
- Existing management or team leadership experience within recruitment; or
- A proven track record as a senior recruiter looking to step into a leadership role
- Be commercially minded, ambitious and excited by growth opportunities
