Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for a major construction project in York, starting next week. This is a long-term position offering up to 12 months of steady, continuous work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe operation of 360 excavators on-site.
- Carrying out bulk excavation, deep drainage, foundations, and site levelling.
- Working closely with groundworkers and site managers according to site plans.
- Conducting daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance on the machine.
- Adhering strictly to site health and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Certification: Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 Above/Below 10 Tonnes).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of proven experience operating a 360 excavator on commercial or civil projects.
- PPE: Full site PPE (Hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
Pay and Hours
- Rate: GBP23.00/hr paid via CIS.
- Hours: 40-45+ hours per week (Monday to Friday, standard site hours).
