Senior 360 Recruiter / Business Developer
Location: London Bridge, SE1
You know how to turn a conversation into a client relationship, a brief into a shortlist, and a placement into repeat business. At Liberty Towers, we’re looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys owning that whole process.
We’re a London-based recruitment agency working with clients in the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to grow your desk, build lasting partnerships and have a direct hand in the agency’s growth. We love AI, We have a modern easy to use CRM and will provide you with LinkedIn Recruiter Plus with LinkedIn's own AI hiring assistant.

What you’ll do:
- Win new business and develop existing client relationships.
- Take briefs, advise clients on the market and run searches from first conversation through to placement.
- Find and engage candidates through research, outreach, referrals and your network.
- Manage the process well for everyone involved: clear communication, honest advice and dependable follow-through.
- Share your knowledge and support less experienced colleagues.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll have a successful track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and placements.
- You’re confident opening doors with prospective clients, comfortable negotiating, and good at building trust with candidates and hiring teams.
- You’ll also be organised enough to manage several searches at once and motivated to develop your desk with the support of a collaborative team.
