The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk. You’ll be responsible for generating new business through various business development techniques, managing these client accounts, sourcing top talent, and overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

This is a sales focused role suited to someone who thrives on targets, is financially motivated & enjoys building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through proactive sales activity, calls, and networking
  • Building and maintaining strong client & candidate relationships
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement & thereafter
  • Sourcing, screening candidates
  • Negotiating terms, fees, and offers
  • Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems
  • Meeting and exceeding individual targets and KPIs
