📍 London | 🕗 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday - Thursday with a 4pm finish on Friday | 💼 Hybrid | 💷 £29,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission

Here’s what you can expect:
- Competitive salary: ÂŁ29,000 - ÂŁ35,000 base (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

What we’re looking for:
- You’ll bring your proven experience as a 360 recruiter, a passion for building strong client relationships, and the ability to deliver exceptional results.
- 360 recruitment expertise: Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Strong business development skills: Confidence in securing new clients and maintaining existing relationships
- Excellent communication skills: Build rapport with clients and candidates, while providing outstanding customer service
- Drive and ambition: Relentless motivation to achieve targets and contribute to the agency’s success

About the role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for both client and candidate management – sourcing and matching top talent with the right opportunities, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the growth of the agency.
