About Us

Set up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the renewable energy markets. We work with major international companies through to smaller independent businesses to enable their projects to be facilitated effectively throughout the entire project life cycle. Whilst headquartered in London, our global business has over 200 staff with offices across Europe, the US and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify new leads within your industry vertical via cold calling, networking and market mapping
  • Pitch ERSG’s staffing services to hiring managers/decision makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business, including permanent fees and contract margins (depending on your vertical)
  • Manage client accounts
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Grow and manage a team of delivery consultants, account managers and 360 consultants

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery

  • Headhunt niche talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal database and referrals
  • Screen candidates to assess their technical ability and compliance
  • Manage the interview lifecycle including prepping candidates, scheduling interviews and delivering feedback
  • Negotiate job offers and manage any counteroffer scenarios to secure successful placements
  • Build talent pools within your specific vertical

About You

  • Experience in a recruitment or sales/business development role is desirable
  • A proven history of billing successfully against KPI’s
  • Tenacious and resilient, not phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
