Senior Delivery Consultant (Agency) – Data & AI
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000–£45,000 base (DOE) + commission + quarterly and annual bonuses
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday Off

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Mirai and own a Data & AI market across permanent and contract recruitment.
This is a true 360 role. You’ll win new business, build and grow client relationships, headhunt brilliant candidates and manage the entire recruitment process through to placement.

You’ll have plenty to build from, with established clients, a strong Data & AI network and an engaged community. But we want someone commercial who loves opening doors, spotting opportunities and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business and develop relationships with senior Data & AI leaders
- Own and grow client accounts, identifying opportunities across them
- Headhunt and build strong candidate networks
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end across perm and contract
- Provide clients with credible market insight and hiring advice
- Negotiate terms and offers and confidently close deals
- Share market intelligence and opportunities across the Mirai team

What we’re looking for
- Proven 360 agency recruitment experience, ideally within Tech, Data or AI
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Confident headhunter who can deliver the roles they win
- Commercial, consultative and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- High standards and a genuine drive to build your own market
