What Will You Do?
You will join us as a 360 recruitment consultant in one of our specialist division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing or Property Management and Construction and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
- Develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
- Source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
- Multi-task and prioritise workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
- Work alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect.
