Recruitment Consultant – London

Build your desk. Grow your career. Join a business that’s going places.

We’re looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our established London office.

This is an opportunity for recruiters who already know how to build relationships, win business and deliver results, but want to take their career to the next level within a growing, ambitious business.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own desk within our established Built Environment market, backed by proven infrastructure, delivery support, marketing and an experienced leadership team.

You’ll have the freedom to build your own success, without having to build the business around you.

Why GH Engage?

We’re in an exciting phase of growth, with a proven track record behind us:

  • Our London business has grown organically from 18 to almost 50 employees in the last 24 months.
  • Our US division has expanded from 0 to 25 employees over the same period.
  • This year alone, we’ve broken our company record for deals completed in a single month and twice achieved our highest-ever monthly Net Fee Income (NFI).
  • We’re ambitious about where we go next and we want experienced recruiters to be part of that journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
