The Position
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll be responsible for developing and owning a niche market within our broader AI/ML focus.
You’ll be responsible for winning and developing new client relationships for Enigma, while representing highly sought-after machine learning and artificial intelligence talent and connecting them with opportunities across our growing client portfolio.

- Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants with a demonstrable track record of winning new clients
- High-energy individuals with strong natural sales ability
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience in cold calling and business development

Location: St Albans, UK
Salary: £30,000–£50,000 + commission of up to 50% + excellent benefits
