360 Recruitment Consultant
The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will support the full recruitment cycle, learning how to build client relationships, source candidates, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with senior consultants to develop your skills while contributing to successful placements and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Support business development activities, including outreach to potential clients and market mapping
- Assist in managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles within the tech space
- Coordinate interviews and support offer processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates while working towards individual and team targets

What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role (or strong interest in starting a recruitment career)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with both clients and candidates
- Eagerness to learn about the tech market, including key roles and industry trends
- Proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
