What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business. BD sits at the heart of your week, through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Delivering Precise Resourcing. You’ll take sharp briefs, headhunt specialist SAP talent and get quality shortlists over the line, fast.
- Owning the full cycle. That means sourcing, screening, submission, interview, offer and onboarding.
- Negotiating like a pro. You’ll agree rates and terms and protect your margin.
- Building relationships that last. Clients and candidates come back to people they trust.
- Lifting others. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and share what works.

What You’ll Bring
- 2 to 4 years’ recruitment or B2B sales experience, ideally IT or ERP, with a strong tech recruitment background
- A track record of billing against target and winning new accounts
- Solid knowledge of contract markets: day rates, IR35 and vendor management systems
- A consultative style, high energy and a positive outlook
