What will you be doing?
- You’ll own your market, drive new business and deliver great recruitment, with the freedom to make it your own.
- Build and grow new and existing client relationships across your technology specialism
- Own the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and winning new opportunities through to delivery and account management
- Develop strong relationships with senior technology decision makers
- Identify new opportunities and grow your market through proactive business development
- Source, engage and place high-quality technology professionals within your specialist area
- Work alongside a team of specialist recruiters, sharing knowledge and helping each other win

- An experienced 360 recruiter with a proven background in technology recruitment
- A consistent biller with a track record across both business development and delivery
- A specialist who knows their market, understands their clients and has a strong candidate network
- Commercially driven and confident winning new business
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership of your desk
- Ambitious and motivated by earning well, progressing quickly and building something of your own
