Arloesi Network | Associate: 3D and Digital Twin Standards Lead
Part-time, contract basis, Remote: Worldwide.
Arloesi Network is looking for a senior 3D and Digital Twin specialist to join a global consumer brand programme. The client is building a scalable approach to 3D product assets and wants an experienced practitioner who can sit between creative, technical and commercial teams and make the standards stick.
The work
You'll shape and harden the technical rulebook for how 3D and twin assets get made, checked and reused across a multi-agency production ecosystem. That means:
- Stress-testing input from production partners
- Turning it into clear, usable standards
- Setting the quality gates suppliers have to pass
- Weighing up vendor tooling and approaches
- Helping build the commercial and adoption case
- Spotting where workflows can be simplified, automated or shared across markets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
