Join a dynamic project focused on delivering high-quality 3D character animations using Blender and motion capture technology. This remote freelance opportunity is ideal for a skilled animator who excels at refining motion capture data and bringing characters to life with realistic movement and expressive detail. You will collaborate with creative teams to ensure animations meet project specifications and industry standards, contributing to engaging visual content for a variety of applications.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and polish 3D character animations using Blender and motion capture data
- Integrate motion capture files into Blender, ensuring seamless transitions and natural movement
- Collaborate with creative leads to interpret animation briefs and deliver on project vision
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to rigging, skinning, and animation workflows
- Optimize animation assets for performance and compatibility across platforms
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to established naming conventions and pipelines
- Communicate progress and address feedback in a timely, professional manner

Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D animator with a strong portfolio showcasing Blender and motion capture work
- Advanced proficiency in Blender, including rigging, animation, and rendering
